Suspected coronavirus: How to behave correctly
If you notice symptoms in yourself, you have to do two things above all: stay at home and avoid contact with other people, just like everyone else – and call the local health department.
If there is no way through, you can alternatively, also by phone, contact the family doctor. Under no circumstances should people who experience coronavirus symptoms visit a doctor’s office immediately. The risk of infecting other patients in the waiting room is too high. A hospital emergency room should also be avoided.
if you have had contact with a person who has been proven to be infected, or if you have recently been in a risk area. It can currently be assumed that it can take up to 14 days between infection and the first signs of the disease.
