Meaning minor chakras
Already in the Vedic scriptures, so-called minor chakras and lower chakras are described in addition to the 7 main chakras. As minor chakras are in the chakra doctrine smaller chakras, which have a less strong meaning for the body and the spiritual growth and are responsible for specific mental abilities.
Overview of minor chakras
In the following, we list the minor chakras which in our opinion are essential. All other major energy nodes that do not fall into this category and are not among the 7 major chakras are among the other energy centers.

Color and frequency minor chakras
Like the main chakras, the minor chakras also respond with certain spectrums of visible light. Their color can be easily determined by knowing the location of the minor chakra and then by the color of the main chakra above and below it. The color of the minor chakra is a mixture of these two colors. The same applies to the sound frequency (singing bowl) of the minor chakras.
Energy Centers
Like many healers, we believe that there is a big difference between chakras and energy centers, so the term chakra should only be used for the main chakras and higher chakras. The difference is, above all, the way chakras interact with the subtle bodies and the soul: while energy centers are primarily or exclusively responsible for the distribution of life energy in the physical body, chakras perform functions that go far beyond.
The lower chakras, in particular, are actually energy centers. Although these chakras also have an influence on the torus field and the flow of vital energy, they can also lead to emotional and energetic blockages. However, they only interact with the energy bodies in this indirect way and thus differ significantly in their function from the main chakras.

Lower chakras
As lower chakras are called below the root chakra, which should correspond to the coarser energies of the animal /plant/nature world. While they certainly play a role in maintaining a healthy body and a well-balanced mind, they are traditionally shunned in spiritual practice because excessive activation is said to evoke lower cravings and instincts.
Other teachers, on the other hand, find it important to pay attention to these energy centers as well, even though a person’s spiritual development automatically opens the chakras.

Chakra work minor chakras
Although it is not easy to keep track of a large number of main chakras and minor chakras, as well as the other energy centers, it is sometimes advisable to deviate from the system of the 7 main chakras and to include the other chakras in the energy work. This applies in particular to persistent and precisely localized energy blockades.
