Chakra Diet Part 2: Sensual Recipes for Your Sacral Chakra

Surrender to the flow of life with a healthy sacral chakra. Creative recipes with pumpkin, mango and coconut that are good for you!

The second chakra is your sacral chakra. There is something under your navel in the middle of the pelvis. It is all about sensuality, the male and female, connection, inspiration and access to other people. If your sacral chakra is healthy and in balance, then you are creative, find joy, everything flows and you can let go. If it is in imbalance, you have difficulty expressing yourself, finding connection with others and your sexuality and you do not feel valuable or desired.

The sacral or sexual chakra, Svadisthana , is very closely connected to the root chakra . It also stands for our senses – to taste something and the ” emotional food ” suddenly get a deeper meaning.

Eating, tasting and feeling all spring from the same energy center in the body. The color orange and therefore all orange-colored foods represent the second chakra. If you feel emotionally disconnected from yourself and others, take care of yourself – with the following recipes to nourish your emotional body.
